Lifting heavy loads

At many events, such as television shows, huge displays (up to 108") are used. To safely transport and set up these big and heavy screens (up to 400 kilograms), the Screen lifter was developed. The unit lifts up out of a transport case in just a few minutes thanks to a sophisticated mechanism. The high forces are absorbed here by igus® plain bearings. The displays of up to three meters wide can be rotated by hand using iglidur® PRT slewing ring bearings. The up and down movements are also carried out using igus® products. drylin® linear guides are used here.
