igubal® spherical insert bearings are a maintenance-free alternative to insert bearings in metal pillow blocks and fixed flange bearings. Available for cast iron housings in sizes UC203-210 and for sheet metal housings in sizes P204-208.

Maintenance-free
The spherical insert bearings made of high-performance polymer allow dry operation without lubrication. In environments with heavy contamination, the advantages are enormous: while classic metal bearings often need to be relubricated, the igubal spherical insert bearings have an embedded solid lubricant, which makes additional lubrication unnecessary. In addition, the A350EM-SP spherical insert bearings are suitable for food contact applications.

Easy to install
Installing the insert bearings is child's play. They can be inserted by hand into metal pillow block and flanged housing bearings in seconds - without expensive and time-consuming conversions.
