The FC180EM and FC180KM spherical balls, produced by injection moulding and belonging to the E or K dimensional series, are made of iglidur FC180. This tribologically optimised high-performance polymer is ideal for applications in the food industry and medical technology and meets the requirements of the FDA and EU Regulation 10/2011. The material is characterised by magnetic and optical detectability, good wear resistance, and good media resistance.

The solid lubricants contained in the material make regular maintenance unnecessary and protect the environment by replacing external lubrication over the entire service life. The spherical design enables movement in multiple directions, thereby offering high flexibility for dynamic applications.
