Dosing linear robot - TRITECH

The company Tritech manufactures animal feed. As the company scaled up, there were personnel bottlenecks in production. In order to overcome this problem, the company consistently focussed on automation. The components used are characterised by their FDA conformity and resistance to dirt.

When applying the mass manually, uneven distributions occur and the process is too inefficient, as the piping bag had to be refilled after each portion. After automation with an igus room linear robot, a hose runs directly to the tank.

The igus room linear robot represented the optimal solution here. It was easy to integrate, it is maintenance-free and very insensitive to contamination from the animal feed mass. Due to the individually adaptable size, it could be ideally integrated into the company.
