Narrow carriage in hygienic design
drylin W hygienic design carriages offer as little space as possible for bacteria and viruses. Thanks to consistent compliance with the EHEDG production guidelines, the linear carriages can be rinsed without any problems; there are no dead spaces and bevels and radii prevent dirt particles and germs from adhering.

In addition to our new installation size, we are optimising our modular system. The new drylin W rail for the Zone 1 splash area is a version of the stainless-steel profiles with bolted support elements.

Carriage zinc die-casting
Narrow drylin W linear plain bearings can be installed on the inside of the housing. The design of the linear system saves up to 25% in width. When assembled on 80mm wide aluminium construction profiles, the system does not protrude a millimetre to the side.

Carriage AL
The compact drylin W carriage is also available in an aluminium version. The carriage is available in three carriage lengths (60/80/100mm) and is 100% lubrication-free.

Carriage anti-reflect
The carriage has an anti-reflect coating, which ensures improved visibility and less glare. The system provides a flush finish that is almost invisible in automation cells. The discreet look reduces the risk of collisions.

Linear rail installation size 06-70
The new WS-06-70 rail width offers designers a high degree of design flexibility, as it is ideally suited to standard aluminium construction profiles with a width of 80mm. Low-profile design, discreet appearance, fast connection plus the diversity of the drylin W linear modular system for all desired functions.

Installation size 06-70 anti-reflect linear rail
The new rail width in installation size 06-70 is also available with an anti-reflect coating. These are particularly suitable for small installation spaces. We fulfil the customer's wish for greater compatibility with standard 80mm construction profiles. For simple installation to realise automation tasks.

Convex and concave carriage for curved rail
Curved rail profiles are a major challenge in small installation spaces. Less space means tighter bend radii for the rail profiles and even more flexible adaptation of the linear carriages to the curve profiles. Thanks to the new double rails in installation size 06, round and ergonomic adjustments are now also possible for smaller installation spaces.

Semi and full circle carriage for curved rails
The new cam guides in installation size 06 are available as a semi-circle. For cornering, you can achieve tight radii of up to 100mm thanks to the carriage's flexible three-point bearing. Particularly in the case of ergonomic requirements, e.g. guiding monitors and control elements in a radius to ensure easy and safe accessibility.

Pre-loaded hybrid roller bearings
drylin W hybrid roller bearings are very often used for manual adjustments, as they combine the smooth running of polymer rollers with robust plain bearing technology for absorbing lateral forces. All that without a drop of lubrication in the system.

Slim Line linear housing installation size 06
The drylin W Slim Line linear housings are available individually for assembly into an individual carriage, extremely lightweight made of aluminium with internal mounting holes.

Slim drylin W linear plain bearings can be mounted on the inside of the housing. The design of the linear system saves up to 15% of overall width. When installed on aluminium construction profiles that are 80mm wide, the system does not even protrude a millimetre to the side.

Carriage with pre-loaded hybrid roller bearings
The WWH roller carriage combines four WJRM-71 bearings with a robust, corrosion-free aluminium plate. Possible areas of application are, e.g. seat adjusters or steps that are not loaded when moving but have to bear a heavy load when stationary.

Pillow blocks zinc die-casting

Save up to 50% costs by manufacturing the linear housing using the zinc die-casting process. The pillow block can be replaced on the rail without dismantling. Existing carriages in installation size 10 can be retrofitted at any time.

The NT telescopic rails in size 60 allow infinitely variable extension in both directions, from 200mm to 1,000mm in each direction.
