Robot applications are very diverse and sometimes quite complex in terms of design and handling. In order to maximise the service life of your robot application, igus offers a specially trained project planning and assembly service.

You decide which part of your project our employees support you in realising. Regardless of whether you only need our team to advise you or whether your entire machine park is to be planned and assembled. We collect all the necessary data on site to create precise project planning documents. In doing so, we take a personalised approach to your specific application. You can book the assembly team at "around the clock", even on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

If you would like to assemble our products yourself, we offer many assembly videos, from large 6-axis industrial robots to small cobots, which simplify the installation of triflex R products.

The videos show how to assemble and disassemble the triflex R chain. Both the assembly of the triflex R accessories and the retraction systems are explained in detail. The installation of a twisterchain for axis 1 is also available.

Augmented reality (AR) allows the planning of a robot at a specific location to be visualised, enabling possible interfering edges to be identified at an early stage.

This AR function therefore also simplifies the planning process and ensures more efficient implementation.

Sometimes it is not so easy to order the right spare part. With the triflex R mounting brackets in particular, we sometimes have cases where only individual parts are ordered or requested rather than the complete replacement.

igus does not store many small parts, but assembles these parts directly after production into a finished connection element, which is given a storage location.
