Do you need to return a product? We know downtime is costly so let us make the returns process as quick and pain-free as possible. Simply complete the form below and we can help guide you through the process.
Step 1- Submit your request-
Complete the returns form above with the order details.
Step 2- Receive your RMA number -A member of the team with review the request and send you return instructions or confirmation
Step 3- Securely package your item- Please ensure that the items are in suitable packaging and unused
Step 4- Collection or shipment- If we are collecting, you will be notified. If not, the customer will need to arrange the shipment
Step 5- Inspection- Once the items are received, your return will be processed.

If you have a non-conformance regarding your order, please contact us within 5 working days from receipt of delivery. Replacement(s), re-work or credit will be issued depending on the nature of the reported problem and mutual agreement.
A handling charge may be applied, subject to case review. The handling charge will be agreed prior to an RMA being issued.
An RMA number is usually generated and a response sent within 1 working day
Once the goods have been returned, the credit usually takes 5 working days
Custom parts cannot be returned. Exception to this is if the part has not been made to the correct specification on igus' behalf.
It will be dependant on the reason for the return. If igus arrange a collection and the attempt was unsuccessful, the customer will be charged for the second collection ( costs subject to the couriers Terms & Conditions)
