Excavating and grabbing with an additional degree of freedom
In the high dump bucket of L&K Land- und Kraftfahrzeugtechnik, iglidur plain bearings replace the previously installed composite bearings in the joints. They exceed the required service life, require no maintenance, save weight and are about 40% more cost-effective than previous versions. In addition, they can be exchanged 1:1 for the composite bearings without the adjacent construction having to be modified.

Securely supported in combination with vibrations and dust
With the pulley module by the company Ets Payant, soil can be moved out of pits that are up to 65 metres deep. Here, all components must withstand severe impacts, weathering effects, and a lot of dust. No problem for igus bearing technology: the designers use igubal double joints, drylin aluminium shafts as well as iglidur fixed flange bearings and thrust washers. They are robust, work without additional lubrication and do not require maintenance.

Safe energy supply in the swivelling driver's seat
Smooth turning and controlling of the driver's seat even in continuous operation: a triflex R e-chain takes care of this together with chainflex cables in the AUSA dumper. The chain is specially designed for 3D movements and is characterised by high tensile strength and great flexibility. In addition, a chainflex CF77.UL.D control cable is used, which is highly abrasion-resistant and ideal for particularly high loads.

Energy chains defy vibration and dirt
E4 energy chains that are resistant to vibration and insensitive to dirt are used in a various crane systems in a tunnel drilling machine of Herrenknecht AG. In a small installation space, they easily withstand mechanical loads, dirt, moisture and, in some cases, high temperatures. In addition, pre-assembly was carried out with the most flexible chainflex signal and power cables.
