The automatic labelling machine for Beindlhof farmhouse ice cream automatically closes and labels the tubs. The system has to differentiate between 200 flavours during operation and apply the labels accordingly.

Manufacturing and packaging of masks

Every week, four machines with around 20 employees produce around 100,000 surgical and FFP2 masks. Two fully automatic packaging systems are used for the manual and monotonous packaging of the masks. This increases production times and reduces unit costs.

The automated packaging line for IKEA

A linear drive from igus® is used for the 3D camera, which is used in the packaging of furniture and is mounted at a height of 3 metres. By using the linear axis in combination with the camera, a complete image processing system can be dispensed with, as the camera is moved to the respective position.
