Creative digital marketing assistant

Job Description

  • Create compelling visual and written content that communicates the value of igus products, services, customer success stories, and innovations.
  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets including brochures, flyers, graphics, product sheets, banners, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content and creative work is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality and professionalism.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are effectively balanced
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Design and build email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, visual design, segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Attend events and exhibitions to capture live content.
  • Monitor performance and engagement, using insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to support campaign delivery through the creation of graphics, content, emails, social media assets, and supporting materials.
  • Take ownership of creative requests from initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute ideas and creative thinking to campaign planning, content development, and marketing activities.
  • Some experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices (e.g., segmentation, scheduling, performance analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail, consistency, and storytelling.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative marketing environment.
