guidelite guide trough - cost-effective and fast realisation of travel distances up to 150 m

As a modular system for long travel distances, especially for slow applications with low cycle numbers, the lower run of the e-chain® is guided in two L-shaped guide rails made of glass fibre reinforced plastic. The upper run of the e-chain® is partially guided by guide brackets, which are mounted at intervals of one metre. The correct width can be achieved by clipping crossbars (version01) between the brackets. This makes installation very easy, as no readjustment is necessary. There is also the option of attaching the guide brackets to a C-profile for a wider range of widths (version 02).

guidelite plus - guide trough system

Energy chains for galvanising, fertiliser production and other demanding environments

The guidelite plus guide system is a guide trough enclosed on both sides and made entirely of plastic components. The guidelite plus has more guidance stability than the standard guidelite and is made of chemically-resistant EG material. The trough consists of 500 mm trough parts which have a fixed hook or a loose slide-in connection on each side. As a result, the required support distance can be maintained at one metre, and on the other hand the loose connection allows the trough to work in the case of temperature fluctuations. It also allows an easy replacement of individual segments. The feed module is one metre long and has a screw connection for the plastic metal mounting bracket of the chain and reworked glide bars for the correct transition of the upper run of chain on glide bar.

The guidelite plus guide system consists entirely of plastic components and is a guide trough that is closed on both sides. The guidelite plus is made of chemical-resistant EG material and provides stable guidance.
