Design: Cable selection
When selecting cables, pay attention to particularly good abrasion and sliding properties. The ideal jacket material is TPE.
Recommendation: chainflex® cable CF9

Special shielded cables for use in the twisterband are in preparation. Please contact us if the use of shielded cables is necessary.

A = Separate cable with separators

B = insert cable sorted by diameter or bend radius. Insert thinner, smaller ones inwards and larger ones outwards.

C = No more than two cables on top of each other. 10% of the larger diameter or min. 1 mm

D = Between all cables
10% of the larger diameter or min. 1 mm

E = Between cable and separators
10% of the larger diameteror min. 1 mm

A = Insert cable sorted by diameter or bend radius. Insert thinner, smaller ones towards the inside and larger ones towards the outside.

B = Between all cables min. 1 mm or 10% of the larger diameter => Ø B

C = No more than 2 cables on top of each other.
