igubal® fixed flange bearing

What are the advantages of plastic fixed flange bearings?

In addition to advantages such as absolute corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and of course, as with all our products, freedom from lubricants, our igubal® two- and four-hole fixed flange bearings offer the advantage that they are considerably lighter than comparable metallic solutions.

So not only do you save on regular maintenance and costs for lubricants, you also save hard cash, as plastic fixed flange bearings are significantly more cost-effective than their metal counterparts.

igubal® fixed flange bearings are resistant to chemicals, dust and coarse dirt, UV and core radiation. Fixed flange bearings function perfectly at extreme temperatures between -40 and +200°C and are corrosion-free in damp and wet environments. This makes them suitable for reliable use in demanding environments and they always retain their running performances and wear resistance. Another advantage: both types (four-hole and two-hole versions) of the igubal® fixed flange bearings are very easy to install - even in hard-to-reach places. The two-hole versions are equipped with two slotted holes for mounting, which allows adjustment at any time. 100% alignment is not required in this case. They automatically equal out alignment errors. The fixed flanged bearings (dimensional series E) are used in plant and mechanical engineering, in automation technology, in the agricultural industry and in the food industry.
