Roller machine

Technology from igus® has been applied in a roller machine for aluminium profiles, which is used as a mudguard for trailers and truck wheels in the automobile industry. The original lifting system of the roller was very rudimentary. Conventional steel bearings have been installed which required frequent lubrication while being imprecise at the same time. drylin® W single rails and iglidur® Z plain bearings with flange show positive results.
