The paint shop is a sensitive environment. No foreign bodies may contaminate the paint and explosion protection must also be observed. The paints used play a role here, but accidents can also be prevented with the right tools and machines. In addition to energy chains made of particularly abrasion-resistant material, we therefore also offer several models made of conductive ESD material.

The company Procon from Spain has developed a system that automatically recognises paint damage in car bodies and repairs the damage. The swivel arms are equipped with our triflex® energy chain. The advantage for the customer here is the high flexibility of the energy chain, which at the same time has a firmly defined bend radius and thus protects the cable inside. In addition, cables can be easily removed from or inserted into the chain.
