Stainless steel products have a high resistance to corrosion, chemicals and heat. It is also mechanically stronger than other metals so is used in industries such as medical and food.

Applications within these industries use harsh chemical washdowns, extreme temperatures and can require hygienic properties. These are key properties that stainless steel are resistant to and therefore an ideal material to use.

Aesthetically stainless steel can look cleaner and more appealing, which is another reason stainless is chosen over alternative materials.

Stainless steel xiros® rollers are ideal for industries such as Food & Packaging and Medical. The rollers are quiet thanks to the xiros® ball bearings and with the stainless steel tube, it is perfect for wash downs. 
These rollers are also very hard wearing so are suited to conveyor applications where low friction is essential.

    We do stock stainless steel products from linear bearings to PRT's. We also machine custom parts from stainless steel if these are not available in stock.
