Handwheels for lead screw drives
For various requirements, igus® has a wide range of handwheels available from stock; from small compact sizes up to Ø125 with/without handles in various designs.

• Rotary head: defined standard for complete units
• Different outside diameters possible
• Different handle variants possible
• Also available as a washable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel version

Position indicator
The position indicator for linear axis is used to set and directly read the slide position. This allows downtimes to be reduced, settings to be made quickly and precisely and values to be reproduced.

• Can be combined with manual clamps and handwheels
• A suitable reducing sleeve is included in the scope of delivery
• Available from stock in the desired viewing and counting direction and in various colours

Lead screw clamps
Linear modules with trapezoidal thread have a lead screw lock. In many applications, however, an additional clamping option is required to secure the lead screw against unintentional movement.

• Shaft clamping flange for mounting on the position indicator for clamping the threaded lead screw
• Material: Plastic housing with aluminium shaft clamping
• Reducing sleeves available for other diameters

angular drive
For adjustment options from a defined direction, igus® offers a range of infinitely variable angular drives. For manual adjustments, the angular drives can also be configured with position indicator, clamping and hand wheel and are supplied directly assembled. For connections with higher torque transmission, angular drives with key/groove are available.
