Setting up the guidefast control on a crane girder

  1. Install the guidefast control brackets at 1 m intervals
  2. Mount the guide troughs, ensuring a 2 mm gap between each section
  3. Place the fixed end of the energy chain into the trough and secure it with cable ties for strain relief
  4. Install the guide carriage
  5. Position the moving arm of the energy chain within the trough
  6. Fit end stops at the beginning and end of the travel path
