TH3 – First Hygienic Design e-chain®

The TH3 energy chain is the world's first polymer energy chain developed according to "Hygienic Design Guidelines". It is FDA compliant - with the blue coloured material typical of plastic elements in the food industry (consisting of igumid TH NB for the side parts and igumid TH G for the frames and mounting brackets). It's rounded edges mean that there are no dead spaces for germ formation and with an operating temperature of -40°C / +70°C.

Product range:

The energy chain TH3 is available with a choice between two inner heights and four inner widths for each of these heights. The up to four fixed interior segments are possible for both sizes. This means that cables and hoses can be laid completely separately from each other and yet have sufficient gaps for cleaning purposes.

TH3 energy chain in the mushroom harvesting system
