Figure 2: Reverse drylin® SHTlinear modules are used for the format adjustments of the suction insert inserting machines.

Fig. 3: As a low-cost variant made of plastic, the linear system is also suitable for adjusting the suction fleece.

Image 4: Two synchronised drylin® SHTlinear modules ensure the vertical nesting and automatic output of the plastic trays. They are driven by NEMA stepper motors.

Figure 5: The engineers rely on the intuitive and cost-effective D1 dryve-control system for the linear axis control of the nesting and dispensing unit.
