With drylin® T-Automatic, the bearing clearance is adjusted automatically. Adjustment during operation can be carried out automatically in steps of 0.1 mm. The carriage must be unloaded for this.
With the supplied preload keys, it is easy to set and release the preload. The carriages have a long service life thanks to the iglidur® J sliding material, which ensures low-friction, low co-efficient of friction and wear-resistant movement.
The drylin® T carriages are ideal for applications where precise and durable linear motion is required.
On delivery, 3 red keys are already screwed into the openings provided. These are required to mount the trolley on the rail.

If these keys have been removed, they must be reinserted up to the stop-dog and locked by turning them 90° to the right. The pretension of the glide strip is cancelled.

If the trolley is on the rail, release the keys by turning them 90° to the left and remove them. The clearance is set automatically.

Test the clearance of the carriage by moving it slightly back and forth. Fine adjustment can be made during this process.

The guide carriage can be removed at any time. To do this, the keys must be reinserted into the openings provided (see step 1).

All being well, the instructions will help you adjust the clearance on your drylin T carriage. If you are missing the red keys please get in contact with us.
