Reduce cable lengths/steel construction and installation space
In a cable trolley system, the cables are attached at the end of the travel path and the cable loops are pulled along the entire path by the trolley. Using a concrete example, this results in the following savings:

• Cable trolley: 115 m cable length
• energy chain: 52 m cable length
• Cable trolley: 3000 mm system height
• energy chain: 800 mm system height

In addition, approx. 10 % steel construction can be saved for the cable station.

Significantly reduce installation space
Depending on the travel/line length, a motorised cable reel has a diameter of up to 8 metres. Space is also required for the motor and the slip ring assembly. With an energy chain system, only a moving arm is required on the crane - which is integrated into the installation space of the crane - and the installation space for the trough of the chain on the ground, regardless of the travel.

The robust all-rounder, easy to open. The stability of the E2.1 has been increased by a further 10 % compared to its proven predecessor series.

2 vertically and 2 horizontally arranged stop-dogs per chain link ensure greater rigidity in the E4Q, enabling longer unsupported lengths and higher additional loads. 20 % more stability compared to the E4.1.

The YE hybrid energy chain is the best mix of lightweight plastic and sturdy steel that can handle long unsupported distances with ease. Up to 88 % more stability for long unsupported lengths with compact dimensions.

Small adjustment with a big effect. By adapting the ball head in the chain link, it was possible to increase the radius stability of the B version by a factor of 4 compared to the TRE version. This of course also has a positive effect on the service life of the chain. All completely price-neutral.

Assembly time reduced by up to 88
Assembly time is a key factor when focussing on cost savings. Our openable energy chains are all easy to open by hand or screwdriver, no need to tighten screws. Ready-to-install readychain® systems also cut assembly times enormously and reduce production costs.
