Noise emissions reduced by 25%

The noise emission of machines and plants has long been an important issue, and not just since Machine Directive 2006/42/EG. Every component, especially those that move, can contribute towards reducing a machine's noise level. Our e-chains are particularly quiet, low-vibration products. With 32dB(A) at 1m/s, for example, they are quieter than an out-of-the-way residential street at night or a person whispering.

Recommended quiet energy chain

Up to 8% quieter

The quiet-running energy chain of the E4.1 series can be made even quieter by adding 2 damping studs to the outer radius of each link. This reduces the noise level by up to 8%.

Up to 9% quieter

Newly designed and with the help of a brake, the E6.1 is 9% quieter than the previous series. The extremely low-vibration energy chain is ideal for applications with high dynamics or low noise levels.

Up to 14% quieter

The typical chain rattling is greatly reduced by the lens brake installed in the chain link on both sides. In contrast to the identical E2/000, this results in audibly and perceptibly quieter running and a reduction in volume from 64dB(A) to 55dB(A).

Up to 25% quieter

The E4Q is 25% quieter than the 4040C chain, which is comparable in size. This difference is made possible by technical developments such as the integrated brake. The result is a reduction from 69dB(A) to 52dB(A) compared to the 4040C.
